During his initial visit, he repaired the upstairs unit and provided us with a portable AC for the lower level. A week later, the replacement unit for downstairs arrived, and the lower level was finally back to normal. Jason returned again the following Sunday night to fix a drainage pipe issue in the upstairs unit. His after-sales service has been truly appreciated by our family. He also discovered that the airflow registers had been incorrectly installed by the builder and replaced all of them throughout the house as part of the installation. We will never forget the extra mile Jason went to restore our comfort during the sweltering summer.
