Our goal at Cold Factor Heating & Air Services is to be the best in home comfort and bring a sincere and fair approach to business. Our company was founded on two simple principles: Honesty and high quality. After college and having navigated through corporate America and several layoffs over seven years, our founder and owner, Cory Huffman, decided to go full circle back to his heating and air conditioning roots to strike out on his own.
Our family-owned-and-operated company has been in the HVAC industry for over 2 generations with 25 years experience. As a boy, Cory would ride shotgun with his father before eventually working every summer through high school, a couple of full years before college, and throughout college. He always wanted to have his own company that focuses on real customer service with the priority of making home and business owners comfortable. Cory also devotes much of his time to training and mentorship throughout the company to ensure our goals are met with every one of our customers. We absolutely love technology and use that technology every time to ensure our customers get the highest value possible.
